The 2025 Inclusion Exchange:
Careers, Cocktails and Connections!
In collaboration with the Bar Association of Erie County, the Minority Bar Association of Western New York presents a September 2025 diversity career fair!
This event will be centered around conversation, mentorship, and community engagement. We aim to show students various areas of law and empower them to learn more about potential jobs or fields of interested to them. We’ll match each student with a lawyer and enable the pair to connect through the cocktail event — all with the goal of facilitating conversations and helping students gain answers to their questions.
