May 2025 Member Spotlight:
Ian Artis Jr.

It’s a pleasure to highlight MBAWNY member Ian Artis Jr. for our May member spotlight! Artis currently serves as an Associate Attorney for Liberty Mutual’s Staff Legal team, where he responds to lawsuits, assists with litigation preparation, and handles research and writing on various issues related to No Fault insurance law. 

Previously, Artis served as an Assistant District Attorney in Niagara County, handing misdemeanors and felonies, complying with discovery laws, and taking ownership of files from arraignment to conviction. 

Serving the Western New York Community

Artis served as a co-chair of the 2025 Annual Dinner Committee for the MBAWNY, and we’re grateful for his dedication to planning the event.

In his spare time, Artis enjoys cooking for friends and family; baking loaves of challah; spoiling his pup, Piper Lachlan; and enjoying hours-long conversations with his sister, Ashley, and mother, Bonita. He attends Temple Beth Zion, converting under the guidance of Rabbi Brent Gutmann and Cantor Susan Lewis-Friedman.
