A memorial service for the deeply respected Loren D. Lobban, a longtime member of the Minority Bar Association of Western New York, will be held at noon Thursday at the Alan R. Core Funeral Home, 1933 Kensington Ave.

Minority Bar Association of Western New York member Hon. E. Jeannette Ogden will receive the 2025 Edwin F. Jaeckle Award — the highest honor the University at Buffalo School of Law and the University at Buffalo Law Alumni Association can bestow.
